First and foremost it is worth paying attention to the use of such equipment for the treatment of large areas. This is possible thanks to a significant own stock working solution (own tank sprayer has a capacity of 3200 liters) and the impressive width (boom length of 24 meters) and the ability to carry out the processing at higher speeds, thanks to the large diameter wheels (R42) and a clearance of 650 mm.
A large capacity of containers for fertilizers also means savings associated with the fact that there is no need for extra refilling and consuming the time and fuel for refueling the tanker. The ergonomic streamlined shape of the tank allows you to use the working solution to the last drop.
The hydraulic rod of the three-dimensional structure is made of bent sheet metal. This technology made it possible to significantly increase its service life. Economy of time and effort are provided by well-designed hydraulic boom and related components and mechanisms. The height of the installation the boom can be easily adjusted without stopping the machine movement, thanks to the special parallelogram suspension and two hydraulic cylinders. Moreover, the protection in a collision with an obstacle is provided by the construction of the boom. If the boom collides with an obstacle, and because of this deviates from the initial horizontal position (max 45°) or vertically (max 15°), a protective mechanism returns its to the working position once the obstacle remains behind. A special mechanism to stabilize the boom (pendulum) and hydro-mechanical system that dampens its vibrations ensure a stable position of the boom in the process.
There is not a problem to change the track width of the sprayer. It can change the smooth stepless manner in the range from 1400 mm to 2100 mm.
