The main task is to uniformly feed cereals, rapeseed and other crops with liquid mineral fertilizers without the risk of damaging the root system.

The introduction of liquid fertilizers into the soil occurs with the help of an injection working body. It consists of a wheel made of stainless steel and injection dispensers, with the help of which the liquid is supplied to the soil. Fertilizers are applied under a pressure of 2-4 atm., which minimizes the possibility of clogging of the working bodies.

The working fluid is supplied through flow meters, on which nozzles with calibrated holes are fixed (metering washer).

The distribution system of the working fluid distributes the total flow to the working bodies of the feeder and ensures uniform application over the entire working width, and also prevents fertilizer leaks when the pressure in the system drops to 0.5 atm. Flow meters are used to measure liquid, visualize the fertilization process and signal about clogging of the working body.

The liquid is supplied using a diaphragm piston pump of the Italian company "ANNOVI REVERBERI". The pump drive from the tractor hydraulics is combined with the REKORD control system, due to which the rate of application of the liquid is maintained regardless of the change in the speed of the machine.

A durable polyethylene tank with a wall thickness of 10 mm is installed on the applicator. Internal baffles ensure the correct distribution of the substance inside when working in difficult field conditions. The tank is resistant to mechanical damage, ultraviolet radiation and exposure to aggressive chemicals. Reinforced outer stiffeners add strength to the tank.

It is aggregated with tractors with power from 100 hp.
